To help the government’s effort to prevent an outbreak of coronaviruses, Xiaomi has also closed its Mi Home stores across the country. Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Kumar Jain confirmed on Twitter that the company will not offer home delivery for a temporary period.
The decision comes after Xiaomi announced that it had sold the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max on March 25, 2020. Xiaomi Mi 10 will now be locked down in India once again. However, no timeline has been given by the company yet.
“We, India at Xiaomi are supporting their energy and synergy in the fight against the #COVID19 epidemic,” the company said in a statement.
