Social messaging platform, Whatsapp is now limiting users to forwarding a message to only five times, this action has been taken against to stop spread of fake news.
According to a report of The Verge, So many groups are on social platform spreading fake news and it’s a big problem in all over the world. In Brazil, it became a particularly big issue ahead of the country’s presidential elections in October, as bad voting information, conspiracy theories, and fake stories about candidates spread across the network.

In July 2018, Whatsapp limited messages to being forwarded 20 times with five time forwarding limit being tested out in India. Even Whatsapp limited to forward a message to five times, but in a group their could be around 256 people, and if somebody forward a single message to five groups than the message could be put in the front of apx. 1300 people.
