The Apple’s WWDC (Worldwide Developer’s Conference) 2019 is just weeks away now, and as the event comes closer the leaks and rumors about the event seems to have eventually increasing.
A report from Bloomberg confirms some of these speculations. According to the report, the company Apple will be releasing a bunch of apps, features and other developmental tools at the upcoming conference, that is scheduled to start on June 3.
There could be a major OS updates for Apple devices, also some of the iOS apps will get major upgrade, and supposed to make it work more independently than before, while health freaks will get additional fitness tracking capabilities in iDevices.
iOS 13, the expected coming upgrade for iPhone and iPads, it will have new animations for launching and closing the apps. The widgets placed on the top corner of the home screen are supposed to get a clearner look. In additions the new upgrade will get Dark Mode feature, that will gives user’s a new look for whole UI, also the Apple Keyboard will get swipe gesture, just like other keyboard such as Gboard and Swiftkey.
The reprots also adds that there will be a revamped Health app with new homepage including different sections for daily activity, ‘hearing health’, menstrual cycle tracking and more…..
Also for iOS users, there might be an app similar to Duet Display or Luna Display, will let people use iPad as the second screen for Macs.
Apple WatchOS 6
The major upgrade for WatchOS could be the introduction of the App Store. It will be a major advantage for users, because they can download apps while on the go, which is not possible for now. It was also mentioned that the arrival of Animoji and Memoji sticks along with Apple Books app and more watch face complications. Also the addition of two new health based apps- Dose and Cycles and some new watch faces including a ‘Gradient’ watch face, new ‘X-Large’ faces, ‘California’ dial, ‘Solar Analog’ watch face and ‘Infograph Subdial’ face.
Apple MacOS 10.15
The biggest changes could be the ability to run iPad apps on MacOS. This may be also the beginning of the process of bringing iPhone apps to Mac devices as well. The reports adds that Apple plans to merge iPhone, iPad and Mac apps into single download so people can use it on any of their Apple device. It is also said to bring Apple Music app to desktops as well.
WWDC 2019, The event will take place from June 3 to June 7 in McEnery Convention Center, San Jose, Califronia, US.
