A new Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi phone powered by MediaTek Dimension 1000+ SoC is rumored to be launched next month. Very few people know about the phone right now, but considering that the rumored launch is near, we expect to see an official teaser from the company soon. Apart from this, it has also been reported that Mi 10 Pro Plus, a more premium model of Mi 10 Pro, may be launched in August this year. Finally, the successor of Mi Mix 3 – Mi Mix 4 – is expected to arrive in Q4 2020 sometime.
The popular Chinese tipster digital chat station claims that a new Redmi device is on and it could be launched early next month. The tipster does not indicate the exact launch date, but notes that it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 1000+ SoC. Tipster has previously shared that this new Redmi phone with MediaTek Dimension 1000+ chip will come with LCD screen which will offer 144Hz refresh rate. Apart from this, there is very little information about the phone.
In addition, the tipster suggests that a more premium model of the Mi 10 Pro – the Mi 10 Pro Plus – will launch in China in August. Xiaomi introduced Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro phones in China in February. The Mi 10 Pro Plus is a more premium variant of the Mi 10 Pro phone and should see enhanced specifications and a slightly more expensive price point.
