Realme RMX2063, RMX2001 With ColorOS 7, 4,300mAh Battery Get US FCC Certification

Realme has been given two new smartphones to work with model numbers RMX2063 and RMX2001. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database in the US hinted at the existence of two new Realme phones that will debut as the company’s next-generation affordable model. The new development comes amid rumors of launching a new Realme flagship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 CC. The premium offering is tipped to come with a hole-hole display design.

According to the listing on the FCC site, the Realme phone with model number RMX2063 is 163.9×75.8×9.4mm and weighs 196 grams. The phone is also listed with ColorOS 7, suggesting the presence of Android 10. In addition, the available schematics in the FCC database show a power button on the right and a volume rocker on the left. It also has a 4,300mAh battery on board.

Realme has not given any specific information around the listed phone yet. However, the model number RMX2061 of its India variants has reportedly received BIS certification.

In addition to RMX2063, Realme is the phone in development with model number RMX2001. Its listing with the US FCC shows that it has 162.1×74.8×9.6 mm dimensions and 191 grams weight. The phone also has a 4,300mAh battery and is similar to the ColorOS 7 – model RMX2063.

The dimensions and weight differences of both Reality phones suggest that they will not be two versions of one model. However, given their model numbers, both are likely to be upgraded to the Reality X-Series. Realme X had RMX1901 and RMX1951 as model numbers to give some perspective.
