Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi Pay app and enters in the digital payment sector, just like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePay and others. It’s a UPI based digital platform and will be available as a part of MIUI 10 Global ROM, and is powered by ICICI Bank. Mi Pay can also be used for bill payments, recharge, and more. The app also support QR code based payment just like PhonePay and Paytm.
Where to get Mi Pay App?
The Xiaomi’s Mi Pay app is rolling out as the part of MIUI 10 update in India. You can also download it from Mi App store.
How to register in Mi Pay?
After downloading and installing Mi Pay app in your smartphone, you need to login with Mi Account. In case if you don’t have mi account, you;ll need to create a new one. After successfully register on Mi Pay, you need to verify you phone number based on your SIM card and fetch your bank details. Now select you bank from list, and than your bank details get appears in the app. Now just select the account and set the UPI pin, if you have already, you just need to enter old one. After that it will ask you to create a UPI ID, after creating a new UPI ID, you are all set to use mi Pay.

How to send and receive money using Mi Pay?
After completing the registration, to send and receive the payment through Mi Pay, you just need to open the Mi Pay app, and you can see there Transfer option. By clicking on Transfer you can transfer money to any one through available options such as using UPI ID or using bank account number and ifsc code.
To receive money from someone, you can directly request for fund from the mi Pay app. You just need to click on Request option and it will ask you to select the contact, which whom you want to send the request fund.
