Dangerous WhatsApp bug could leak your data to hackers

WhatsApp users are advised to be vigilant as security experts issue a warning after the new bug is detected. The new bug allows hackers to use WhatsApp chats of users who put their privacy at great risk. Google’s Project Zero team detected this threat and revealed that iOS users are at risk after visiting a compromised website that is moving around in messages. The researchers explained and said that iOS users have to make sure that they do not log on to any unauthorized websites as it can allow hackers to get users’ photos, location and other important details through their WhatsApp chat is.

Facebook-owned WhatsApp has always endorsed itself as a messaging platform that performs end-to-end encryption.
