Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new Rs. The 2,399 recharge plan is with a validity of 600 days in all telecom circles across India. Additionally, the state-run telecom operator has raised Rs. 149 and Rs. 725 prepaid recharge plans that were offered in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles. BSNL also offered Rs. 96 Prepaid Recharge Plan called Vasantham Gold PV 96 for its customers in both Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles and is asking users to switch to a new plan. Separately, the state-owned telecom operator has revised the validity of Rs. 74 and Rs. 75 Prepaid Plan.
According to a tweet officially posted by the BSNL Chennai Twitter account, it was initially only seen by OneTech, Rs. 149 and Rs. 725 prepaid recharge plans are no longer available to purchase in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles.
A separate tweet shows that Telco has paid Rs. 2,399 prepaid plans in both circles. The same scheme is available in all other areas except Andaman and Nicobar and Jammu and Kashmir. BSNL’s new prepaid plan brings unlimited voice calls with a fair usage policy (FUP) of 250 minutes and 100 free SMS messages daily for 600 days. There is also access to individual ring back tone (PRBT) but for 60 days before the recharge date.
